Earlier this summer, we announced the first annual Storied Stuff Summer Writing Contest.  The enthusiastic response was gratifying, and the entries were exceptional.  As pieces came in, we assigned them a number and forwarded them to our judges.  We were not involved in the decision, which our judges tell us was very difficult.  

We do love the winning entry by Gabi Coatsworth that will appear on September 25. We also love the three runners up--in alphabetical order--by Margaret Lough, Jim Reardon, and Loree Sandler. These will appear on September 4, 11, and 18 respectively.  We also love all the other entries, and will begin publishing all of them weekly beginning October 2.
